Follow Your Heart

Surfing around on the web I stumbled across a site called Hay House radio. I was intrigued and listened to the broadcast. A woman with a very pure tranquil voice began to speak on one simple concept: Follow Your Heart. These words resonated within me and seem to awaken a new birth of spirit of sorts in me. Meditating on these words and what they mean to me felt like my own personal journey to a more spiritual side of myself. I take these words with me today as my motto of the day.
